Best for Event & Group Notary Services – Custom Quote, with Half-day or Full-day Rates: Seminars, signing days, group appointments, client events with same-day signing.

Witness fees: A flat appearance fee (compensating for the time commitment) plus a per-signing fee (compensating for the actual work):
  • Half-day witness: $50 appearance fee + $15 per signing
  • Full-day witness: $85 appearance fee + $15 per signing

Q: Can you handle our custom document packages?

Yes. ARTSA works with all types of estate planning packages. Presentation style and organization can be adapted for white-label partnerships.

Q: What if a client has questions during signing?

Procedural questions are answered. Legal or planning questions are directed back to your company. ARTSA never offers opinions on planning decisions.

Q: Do you work with client-provided witnesses?

Yes. ARTSA coordinates with and verifies witnesses are unbiased, non-beneficiary adults. Not provided by default — $35/witness with advance notice.

Q: How do you ensure our clients don’t get solicited?

ARTSA’s role is execution only. No services are ever pitched to your clients.
