22 After Hours Service Fee

If it’s dark outside at the time of notarization, then the after-hours fee applies. If notarization occurs on a major U.S. Holiday (No USPS or Banking Services), the Holiday Fee applies.
Description
The Notary retains the right to refuse to service After-Hours requests, depending on availability and time of day or night.
