Getting Started - How We Work in Tandem - Initial Setup is a one-time brief consulation (phone or Zoom) and a simple service agreement. Ongoing use is simple.
- Step One - Contact ARTSA via Email, or Call with Client-Details, Location, Timing, and Service Tier.
- Step Two - ARTSA Coordinates: ARTSA contacts your client's point of contact directly and schedules the appoint with all necessary parties.
- Step Three - ARTSA Executes: Travels to client, presents documents professionally, completes Notarizations and all related assignments, and a detailed report is transmitted to your firm with any updated status details.
- Step Four - You recieve: Completed documents returned to your office by preferred carrier.

How do you handle questions from clients during signing?
ARTSA never provides legal advice. For legal questions, clients are advised to contact you. All questions are documented in the post-signing report.
What if a client seems confused or uncertain?
The signing is immediately paused and you are contacted. ARTSA will not proceed if there are any doubts about a client’s understanding or willingness.
How quickly can you schedule?
Platinum Tier: Typically 24-48 hours. Diamond Tier: Same-day service strived for, if at all possible.
Do you work with cliens' own witnesses?
Yes. ARTSA coordinates with client-provided witnesses, and verifies they are unbiased, non-beneficiary adults. Witnesses are not provided by default – ARTSA will seek out unbiased witnesses with an additional fee of $35 per witness, if service area is within 40 radius miles of 38329, and with advance notice.
What if I need you on video during the signing?
ARTSA will set up a video call, with no additonal charges.
