I am the commissioned Notary standing for ARTSA Notarial Services, Anita R. Turner. I also hold a TN Online Notary commission, otherwise known as a RON (Remote Online Notary). Decatur County is my base as a notary for the State. My notary-minded goals are to provide specialized services for which I have gained certified status, adhering to all legal requirements, all while advancing the vital role a notary fulfills in the lives of individuals, families, and business organizations.
Notary-related training and certifications held are that of an online notary, a notary trust delivery agent (CNTDA), a loan signing agent (LSA), and as a certified apostille agent (CAA). I am a member of Notary Stars, whose participants do not stop at ‘good enough.’ The support offered through Notary Stars comes from experts in their field, who work to maintain a notary’s skills and capabilities. This keeps its members in check with professional requirements. As a current NNA member, I undergo full annual background checks.
Good character, personal integrity, and my work ethic are a large part of this notary’s calling card. Nothing deters me from doing my best work to provide the utmost service and quality-minded outcomes. I am ready to serve as your Online Notary, as a Trust Delivery Agent, a Real Estate Closings Notary, as well as a General Notary. My specialized services extend also as an Apostille Agent. As a notary for Tennessee, I am granted with the State’s authority to Officiate over Civil Wedding ceremonies. Assisting as local mobile notary is equally important. Notary assignments will always be executed with care and attention to detail. While this is an unwavering duty prescribed by law for notaries, my ongoing training in the field stems from a persistent commitment to excellence in execution.
I also hold a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University. A career as a paralegal, working inside law offices, began in 1988. My expertise in supportive role settings collectively amounts to nearly 40 years.
